Chris and Mollie Eley believe “real meat has a tale.” The husband and wife team has been at the forefront of Indianapolis’s locally sourced food movement. At Smoking Goose meatery in Holy Cross and Goose the Market in Fall Creek Place, they serve up a rotating selection of cured meats, sausages, fresh cheeses, and local produce. Their work supports area farmers and provides an old school butcher shop even in bustling downtown.
