Our annual holiday ham release: a pasture raised, boneless ham cured with sea salt, sorghum, cinnamon and Floodwall Apple Brandy from Copper & Kings Distillery in Louisville.
Each ham is put into our signature brandy cure and then aged in spirit barrels for a minimum of two weeks. We then smoke each ham over applewood so it arrives fully cooked to be reheated and served at your holiday table.
One whole ham, not sliced. Average 8-10 pounds.
