Quality Assurance Supervisor
The ideal candidate has experience working in a meat production environment and has a strong knowledge of USDA regulations with HACCP certification. An applicable food science degree is preferred but not required. The position would require submitting some federal label applications as well as HACCP assessment, audits, food safety enforcement, and supervision of one to three quality-assurance personnel. This is an active, hands-on position, and training will be provided.
