Packaging Assistants: two positions open

- portioning, packaging, and labeling of products 

- some heavy lifting and the ability to work in a cold environment is required

- must demonstrate attention to detail and an eye for consistency and quality.

- experience is not required and training is provided

working 1-6pm Monday - Friday

- washing the dishes and equipment we use to make sausages, salumi, and smoked meats

- general cleaning: offices, restrooms, facilities

- must be reliable, thorough, able to work independently

- no experience is necessary, and on the job training is provided

- opportunities for advancement

Production Position
focusing on curing + brining

- work closely with the Smoking Goose team of butchers and meat smoking staff

- physical position that includes operating machinery and working by hand in curing, brining, and overhauling several varieties of our bacon, ham, and more

- on-the-job training is provided, and prior experience is preferred but not required

- must have an eye for consistency and quality as well as the ability to work in a cold environment and do some heavy lifting
