Make Bacon, Hams, Sausage and More: training provided for Meatery Assistant
Learn the skills of the butchering trade inside an artisan, old-school meatery. Duties include cutting meat by hand using traditional seam butchery techniques as well as making sausage, bacon, salumi, hams, and more.
Applicants must have an eye for consistency and quality as well as the ability to work in a cold environment and do some heavy lifting. Training is provided and experience is not required, though applicants with prior experience are encouraged to apply.
Work daytime hours with evenings, weekends, and holidays off. Full-time positions include health and retirement benefits plus perks.

Duties include portioning, packaging, and labeling of products. Some heavy lifting and the ability to work in a cold environment is required. Successful candidates must demonstrate attention to detail and an eye for consistency and quality. Experience is not required and training is provided.
