Sausage Maker + Butcher: full-time with training provided

Work daytime hours with evenings, weekends, and holidays off. Full-time positions include health and retirement benefits plus perks.

Duties include cutting meat by hand using traditional seam butchery techniques as well as making sausage, bacon, salumi, hams, and more.

Applicants must have an eye for consistency and quality as well as the ability to work in a cold environment and do some heavy lifting. Training is provided and experience is not required, though applicants with prior experience are encouraged to apply.

Ware Washer: full-time

Work daytime hours with evenings, weekends, and holidays off. Full-time positions include health and retirement benefits plus perks.

Duties include washing the dishes and equipment we use to make sausages, salumi, and smoked meats. General facility cleaning is also part of the job.

The ideal candidate is reliable, thorough, and can work independently as well as part of a team. No experience is necessary, and training is provided.
