FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Facility Maintenance Technician works closely with Smoking Goose’s Production Manager to accomplish manual tasks like changing machinery oil, troubleshooting HVAC and plumbing issues, cleaning drains, and more. Facility upkeep can mean installing signage, painting projects, building shelves, and more.
Experience working with machinery maintenance or as a handyman or in facility upkeep is a plus. General mechanical skills plus a working knowledge of tools is required.
This full-time hourly position generally works daytime hours Monday - Friday and pays $18 per hour plus benefits including paid time off, matching 401K, health + vision + dental insurance benefits, employee discount, and more.

MEAT CUTTER / SAUSAGE & SALUMI MAKER
Practice old-school butchering plus sausage making, ham making, and more as part of Smoking Goose’s Production Team in our USDA-inspected meatery.
Although on-the-job training is provided, prior culinary, cooking, or butchering experience is desirable. Candidates must have an eye for consistency and quality as well as the ability to work in a refrigerated environment and do some heavy lifting.
Please note, this is not a slaughtering position but rather a charcuterie making position. Duties include cutting meat by hand using traditional seam butchery techniques as well as trimming out portions for specific recipes and using charcuterie production equipment for sausage stuffing, ham brining, bowl cutting, and more.
Full time with benefits + on-the-job training provided. Work daytime hours Monday - Friday. Off evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time positions include paid time off, matching 401K, health + vision + dental insurance benefits, staff meals, employee discounts, and more. Starting wage is $16+ per hour and more with applicable previous experience.
