This full-time position includes testing and evaluating new recipes, sourcing ingredients, precisely following recipes to assemble consistent product set ups, and working closely with department managers to support the most efficient production schedule. Monitoring and reporting duties include temperature readings, sanitation evaluations, ingredient inventory management, and ingredient quality control.
The ideal candidate maintains a clean and tidy work station at all times, enjoys being part of a team, and can quickly adjust plans when priorities shift. She or he must also demonstrate excellent communication skills and anticipate needs to work proactively in eliminating delays.
